Contract Management
Billing Solutions

Your dedicated Account Manager will assist in the resolution of any billing query that cannot be resolved between the client and the preferred supplier.

Establish Current Supplier

Even when you don’t have access to a bill, your account manager will be able to establish who your current supplier is.

Establish Contract End Dates

For contracts to be transferred it’s essential that you know when they are to finish, your account manager can establish this for you.

Termination Notices

There are tight deadlines for issuing termination notices; Block Management Utilities’s contract management ensures termination notices are issued in time.

Objections

Your Account Manager is informed of objections very quickly which means they can contact your current supplier to establish a reason why and work with you to help get the objection lifted.

Change of Details

If there is a change of details on the account, your account manager can assist and help organise the necessary paperwork.

Renewals *

It is essential that your contract does not end putting you onto the much higher ‘deemed’ or ‘out of contract’ rates. Our contract management system ensures we request new prices on all contracts due for renewal in plenty of time.

Process Management

We will on the clients behalf work with our preferred supplier to ensure the relevant processes are in place to co-ordinate the effective management of your account. This includes payment method, billing options and client queries.

VAT Declaration Forms

We will assist in the raising of individual VAT declaration forms for each new contract.

Update Current Suppliers

Establish and then contact current suppliers with all new meter handover data.

Manage Contract End Dates

Ensure that Contract end dates match client requirements.

Administer All Contracts

Ensure all prices and contract terms are in line with quotations.

Energy Meters
AMR

Block Management Utilities will co-ordinate the implementation of AMR metering if requested by the client.

Meter Reads

Reduce estimated billing by emailing your dedicated Account Manager with your meter reads who will ensure the supplier up dates their records accordingly.

Energising Meters

We will co-ordinate on the clients behalf the energising of meters when required.

Re-connecting Meters

We will co-ordinate on the clients behalf the re-connection of meters when required.

Account Management
Appointed Account Manager

You have a named account manager from the outset. They will ensure you are looked after from the start, from paperwork that needs signing to dealing will any queries you may have. **

** All queries will be actioned within 24 hours but not necessarily resolved.
