Qube Global Software has partnered with Block Management Utilities (BMU) to enable its residential Block Management customers to outsource the management of their utilities services, saving time, effort and costs.
Qube Global Software launched its Connect Partner Programme earlier this year, with the purpose of creating a network of software and service providers that will deliver better deals and improved service to customers.
Those signing up to BMU, the market leader in utility services to the sector, will be able to relinquish responsibility for energy bills relating to communal areas of their blocks, such as lobbies, lifts, exterior lighting and communal hot water systems. Through preferential relationships with utility suppliers, BMU delivers savings of 25% on average.
The service, which is free of charge, offers a dedicated Account Manager who handles billing, responds to any queries, carries out annual reviews and presents information to clients in simple and easy to understand format.
